Services & commerce

This group manages what is sold, reserved, delivered, and paid for.

Services

Services are offerings connected to Service Flows. Define the offering in Services and put questions, branching, price logic, scheduling, quote, and checkout in Flow Builder. See the Services guide.

Rentals and Inventory

Rentals represent assets or spaces shared for a bounded period. Inventory answers whether the item is available, reserved, or in use. In a rental flow, use Pickup Location, Rental Rules, and Timing & Pricing to make the operational and commercial constraints explicit.

Invoices and Payments

Invoices formalize the amount owed; Payments record the settlement. A reliable sequence is Calculator → Quote → Checkout → Invoice → Payment. Review line items, deposits or pay-later terms, and the relationship to the originating service, rental, or event.
