Servos lists the robots connected to your business. Open a robot to inspect its identity, connection state, and the information it reports.

Check a robot before operating

1. Confirm the robot's name and type, and that it belongs to the intended business.
2. Review its connection state and reported health information.
3. Open Steer only for a robot you are authorized to operate.
4. Check the operating area and the supported controls before starting a session.
5. Stop the session when finished and review any reported issue before the next run.

An offline record is not proof that a robot can receive an immediate command. Controls vary with the robot, its software, and your access. Policy resources and notebooks are managed separately under Policies.

Connection or control issues

Confirm the selected robot and account, then check its connection and the available session controls. If a session stops or a safety issue is reported, resolve the cause before restarting. Do not infer physical readiness from a screenshot or a saved configuration.
