These are the everyday surfaces used to find work, understand context, and move an incoming need toward delivery.

Home, search, and navigation

Home provides the high-level operating view, shortcuts, recent flows, and Servo status. Use the global search with Ctrl/K to jump directly to records or destinations. The navigation guide explains the sidebar modes and the command menu explains keyboard discovery.

Locations and Agents

Locations anchor services, events, rentals, and robotic work to a place. Use one canonical location record whenever multiple workflows share the same site. Agents runs recurring and event-triggered tasks. Choose a template or write instructions, set the trigger, and review run results and proposed changes in Needs you. See Agents for setup and controls.

Requests and Calendar

Requests are the intake queue: triage, enrich with customer context, assign ownership, and convert to work. Calendar is the time-based operating view; use its Events and Work Orders modes to distinguish the occasion from the work required to deliver it.

Chats, AI Proxy, Website, Terminal, and Camera

Chats keeps conversations attached to work. AI Proxy is a beta phone-assistant surface for answering and routing inbound calls. Website is the public-facing site surface. Terminal supports point-of-sale work. Camera captures QR codes or photos that become operational inputs.

Use these as intake surfaces, not as isolated silos: connect the captured identity and context to a Customer, Request, Event, Service, or Payment record.

Start at Home, search or open Requests, enrich the record, schedule through Calendar, communicate through Chat/Mail, and close the loop with the relevant commercial or analytics surface.
