Home brings together shortcuts and the sections available to the active business account. Use the sidebar or global search to open the relevant workspace feature or record.

Start a workday

1. Confirm the active business account.
2. Review the available home sections and open the work that needs attention.
3. Use ⌘ K on Mac or Ctrl K on other supported keyboards to search the workspace.
4. Continue in the source record: order, customer, event, flow, or robot.

The home layout and visible features can vary with your account, access, and configured workspace. Use Agents to review task results and Requests to review incoming orders.
