Settings

Settings is the control plane for your user account, the active SRVZr business profile, app behavior, AI preferences, and team access. The page is account-aware: the User, App, and AI Assistant tabs describe the signed-in person or local app, while SRVZr applies to the currently selected business account.

SRVZr Settings page
Set shared defaults before collaborators build production workflows.

Open Settings safely

  1. Open Settings from the dashboard or the command menu.
  2. Check the Active Account shown in the header before changing business settings.
  3. Choose the tab that matches the change you need.
  4. Save the relevant section and confirm the success message before navigating away.

The active account matters because a user can have access to more than one SRVZr account. A team member’s permissions are evaluated against the selected account, not just against their global user identity.

Settings tabs

User Account

The User tab contains the signed-in person’s profile:

  • Basic information such as display name, first name, last name, email, and phone number.
  • Profile image selection or upload.
  • Account-level actions such as signing out.

These values describe the person using SRVZr. They are different from the business profile in the SRVZr tab.

SRVZr Profile

The SRVZr tab controls the selected business account:

  • Business name and type.
  • Business contact email, phone, and address.
  • Business logo.
  • Theme color used by the account experience.
  • Account owner and team membership.
  • Public business-profile visibility.
  • Connected billing identity when billing is enabled.

Use this tab for organization-wide identity and access decisions. A collaborator who can edit their own User profile may still see the SRVZr profile as read-only.

App

The App tab controls local application behavior, including:

  • Startup destination: Dashboard, Terminal, Displays, or Desktop.
  • The display used when the app launches into Displays.
  • Appearance preferences such as accent color, SRVZr color usage, custom fonts, wallpaper, theme mode, and window-control placement.
  • Push notifications, including requesting browser/device permission and regenerating a notification token.

Some App values are stored locally in the browser or app shell. A local appearance choice should not be treated as a shared business setting.

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant tab controls the assistant experience:

  • Voice responses.
  • Animation sounds.
  • Agent Memory: review saved memories, delete one memory, or clear all memories.

Deleting Agent Memory is separate from deleting business records. Use Clear All Memories only when the stored assistant context should be removed completely.

Account Access / Team Members

The SRVZr tab includes an Account Access / Team Members section. It shows:

  • The account owner.
  • Users currently included in the selected SRVZr account.
  • A permission count for each member.
  • Presence and recent activity when presence data is available.
  • Actions to add, edit, or remove members when the current user is allowed to manage the team.

The owner has full administrative access. An Account Manager receives broad business permissions and can edit team access. Use individual permissions for someone who needs only a limited work area.

Add a team member

  1. Select Add in Account Access / Team Members.
  2. Choose an invitation method: phone, email, QR code, or shareable link.
  3. For QR/link invitations, choose whether usage is unlimited or capped.
  4. Send or share the invitation.
  5. Confirm that the person appears in the Current Team Members list after accepting.

QR invitations are temporary and can be revoked from the invite management view. Treat invite links like credentials: share them only with the intended person and expire them when they are no longer needed.

Phone invitation

Choose Phone when the teammate should be invited using a phone number. Select the country code, enter the local number, and select Add Team Member. This is useful when the teammate’s account is identified by their phone number.

Email invitation

Choose Email to send an invitation to an email address. Enter the teammate’s address and select Add Team Member. Use the address the teammate will use to sign in.

QR invitation

Choose QR when the teammate is physically nearby or can scan from another screen. Select a maximum number of joins, generate the code, and have the teammate scan it from the camera page while signed in.

The QR view shows the expiration countdown and active invites. Select Expire to stop a live invite immediately, or New Code to replace it.

Choose Link when the teammate is remote or the invitation needs to be pasted into another conversation. Use Copy Invite Link or Share invite link, then send it only to the intended teammate.

Links have an expiration time and a join limit. Use New Link to rotate the invitation and Expire in Active Invites to invalidate an existing one.

Change the account owner

The owner selector is available only to users with administrative authority. The owner has full administrative access and is the fallback authority for account settings and team administration. Confirm the intended owner before saving because ownership changes affect who can recover access and manage permissions.

Remove a member

Use the remove action on the member tile, confirm the prompt, and refresh the account view. Removing a member removes their membership reference from the selected SRVZr account; it does not delete their global User record or their access to unrelated SRVZr accounts.

Permission-aware Settings behavior

Settings uses three important effective capabilities:

CapabilityWhat it allows
Profile administratorFull SRVZr profile, owner, team, and permission administration.
Edit SRVZr DetailsEdit business identity and profile settings without becoming an administrator.
Account ManagerAdd/remove team members and manage their account-specific permissions.

An administrator is identified from the active SRVZr account’s owner/admin link. A non-administrator receives delegated capabilities from the permissions assigned to their User record for that specific SRVZr account.

See Permissions and access control for the complete permission catalog and access rules.

Establish business identity → select the owner → configure shared defaults → invite collaborators → assign the smallest useful permission set → test the workflow as that collaborator → review production handoffs.

Treat flows, services, policies, layouts, and templates as shared assets with clear owners. Before a collaborator publishes or changes a production workflow, verify both their account membership and their feature permission.
